We want you to love your walk, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all TRUE linkswear™ footwear to ensure they meet your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange on items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
